How do you price jobs?

We price by volume (fraction-of-truck) for most jobs. For large jobs — rural properties, full estate cleanouts, hoarding situations — we provide a written not-to-exceed estimate after a free on-site walk-through. No surprises, ever.
What can't you take?

We can't take hazardous materials including certain paints, chemicals, asbestos, or medical waste. For everything else, just ask — we handle most items including large appliances, mattresses, furniture, electronics, yard debris, and construction debris.
How fast can you come out?

We offer next-day availability on most jobs, and same-day in some cases. For large or complex jobs — estates, rural properties, hoarding situations — we recommend scheduling at least a few days in advance so we can bring the right crew and capacity.
Do you donate or recycle what you haul?

Yes — it's our first priority before disposal. Usable items go to local nonprofits. Metal, electronics, and recyclable materials go to appropriate facilities. We document everything and can provide an eco diversion report on any job — just ask.
Do you serve both Yolo and Sonoma County?

Yes. We're one of the only operators serving both counties with a dedicated local team. No long-haul subcontractors — the same crew you book is the crew that shows up, whether you're in Davis, Woodland, Santa Rosa, or Healdsburg.
